Fulltone Fulldrive 2 Overdrive
Fulltone is the first to offer a switchable "Boost" Channel in an overdrive. There are lots of Fulldrive2 wannabees out there... how can you tell? Simple, if it is an Overdrive with 2 footswitches then it's a rip-off of the FD2. Many Fulldrive2 clones have come and gone over the last couple of years, but we've been here for ten years and will be here in ten more long after most of these hobbyists have returned to their day jobs.
"Vintage" for those old mid-heavy, thick mid-'90's FD2 tones that the Ebayers pay too much for.
"FM" stands for "flat-mids" offering a more natural sound but Mike enhanced this mode for even more transparency, it sounds like God on a strat's Neck Pickup, truly spectacular!
"CompCut" feature has been relocated from the volume Pot to the 3-way mini-toggle switch so you won't accidentally kick it while on stage |
